01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cy444 ("cy444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the cy444 website located at https://cy444.app, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, APIs, and related services (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing the cy444 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the Service in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Service and close your account.

cy444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, cy444 will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the cy444 Service is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cy444 does not permit players under 18 to register, deposit, wager, or claim bonuses under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Service as a natural person on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of a cy444 employee or affiliate partner, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested a permanent account closure with cy444.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Players who voluntarily self-exclude or set permanent deposit limits that restrict their account must not attempt to circumvent these restrictions by creating new accounts. Any such circumvention constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in account termination and forfeiture of outstanding balances.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of cy444 Services, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) cy444 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. cy444 uses automated systems and manual review processes to identify linked accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, cy444 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeit any bonus credits, free spins, or promotional awards applied to duplicate accounts.
• Withhold pending withdrawals pending full investigation of the account history.
• Report the activity to relevant fraud prevention bodies where appropriate.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cy444 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to fair play, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming, cy444 reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC" verification) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or, in persistent cases, account closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

cy444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically tailored to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 4.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your cy444 account within five (5) minutes of successful transaction confirmation.
• cy444 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which cy444 accepts no responsibility.
• In the event that a deposit is credited in error, cy444 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit from your account balance, regardless of whether any portion of that balance has been wagered.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to availability. cy444 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods where this is not technically feasible.
• Before a withdrawal request is processed, the player's account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process to cy444's satisfaction.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are visible in the cy444 cashier at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times during peak periods or following security reviews may be longer.
• Bonus funds and wagering requirement contributions must be fully satisfied before any portion of a bonus-related balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• cy444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

cy444 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotional page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Eligible new players at cy444 may claim a 200% match bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 in bonus credits. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to qualifying accounts following a successful first deposit that meets the applicable minimum deposit threshold. No promo code is required. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits awarded by cy444 are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real funds. 06 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

cy444 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where warranted:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; chargebacks raised in bad faith; identity theft or impersonation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker room, sports market, or promotional competition.
• Software exploitation: Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the cy444 platform in a non-human manner without explicit written authorisation.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using fictitious identities, or exploiting technical errors to claim bonuses multiple times or in amounts beyond permitted thresholds.
• Money laundering: Using the cy444 platform for any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. cy444 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the cashier for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting an identified error are void and will be reversed from your account.

6.1 Void Bets and Game Results

cy444 reserves the right to declare bets or game results void in circumstances including, but not limited to, technical failures that compromise game integrity, human error in odds setting, manifest pricing errors, event cancellation, or evidence of match fixing. In all such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account at cy444's discretion.

07 Intellectual Property

All content published on the cy444 website and platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Service — is the exclusive property of cy444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service for any commercial purpose without express written permission from cy444.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the cy444 platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices embedded within the Service.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the cy444 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Use any data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to scrape or harvest content from cy444.

The cy444 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of cy444. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings. All third-party trademarks referenced on the cy444 platform (including game studio names such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cy444, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

Without limiting the foregoing, cy444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cy444 account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Service Availability

cy444 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Service is available at all times; however, the platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or interruptions caused by factors outside cy444's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, third-party payment processor outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or acts of god. cy444 accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

8.2 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cy444 holds its operational licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably through cy444's customer support escalation process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

8.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with cy444's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and cy444 with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
